Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli sprouts
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant and slightly softened.
  3. Add the bell pepper and carrot, and continue to stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
