Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Lay out the tortillas flat and spread hummus evenly on each.
  2. Layer the shredded chicken, cucumber, carrots, and broccoli sprouts on the tortillas.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  4. Slice in half and serve immediately.
