Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Lay the tortilla flat and place the scrambled eggs in the center.
  5. Top with broccoli sprouts and shredded cheese.
  6. Roll up the tortilla into a wrap.
  7. Slice in half and serve with salsa if desired.
