- 2 cups broccoli sprouts
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant and slightly softened.
- Add the bell pepper and carrot, and continue to stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the broccoli sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
