Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli sprouts
- 1 block firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cubed tofu and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the bell pepper and carrot, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the broccoli sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
