Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli sprouts
  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cubed tofu and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add the bell pepper and carrot, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
