Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (such as blueberries or strawberries)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
