Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli sprouts
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli sprouts, cucumber, avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
